In trying to fulfill my daughter’s Christmas wish list for candles, I went to Google, just looking for something different than what we have always purchased. When I found your name, and read through reviews, I felt I had found the right place (there are many candles available “out there” but your company’s name is the one that came up on every preferred list). I, of course, ordered candles for myself—and we are both so happy that I “found” you. Also, and I was surprised at this……when my order arrived, I had a handwritten note from Nina, thanking me for my order—aaaaand she went on to say that I had not taken advantage of their less expensive shipping rate, SO SHE SENT ME TWO EXTRA 5oz. CANDLES…..I couldn’t believe that!! I would never have known the difference, and I am so truly impressed with this personal customer service—wow. And one more thing….I received two samples to try—–I am in candle heaven!! I am burning my “Lemon Drop” as I sit here at my desk—it is heav-en-ly. I am thrilled I discovered your wonderful, healthier, soy candles
