I have tried MANY different scents so far, including vanilla, lemon meringue, papaya paradise, oatmeal cookie, almost paradise, herb garden, pumpkin pie and vanilla almond. Each scent I have chosen has been great! I like the more fruity scents for the summer, and I then switch to the warmer ("creamy") scents once Fall begins. Vanilla almond is a nice mix of vanilla and almond - with both scents coming through clearly. It is strong, but not overpowering, and is quite relaxing. A nice candle to light at night, when you are winding down... These candles are superb!!! |

Vanilla Almond is definitely a favorite of mine. I'd rate the 26 ounce jar as superb. Scent is pure, rich and "creamy." Plus, it's the first vanilla almond candle I've bought that does not reek of alcohol. Kudos! |

| I love vanilla scented candles, but displeased with this scent. I don't detect any scent of almonds in this candle. If you prefer a sickening sweet vanilla scent, this scent is for you. There are other vanilla scents on the market that have a more realistic and pleasant vanilla scent. | ||||

| I really like PI Candles. They fill my room with scent time and time again (a problem I've had with other candles, they only smell good during the first burn!). They last a long time and burn cleanly. This scent wasn't my favorite out of the ones I got, but still really pleasant. Any vanilla lover would be happy with it! | ||||

| Love the way the candle burns...clean and evenly...love the strength of the candle's scent (many times candles just don't produce the same fragrance while they're burning). If I could change one thing, I'd increase the almond scent...otherwise it's just a vanilla-scented candle. | ||||

This fragrance strength is definitely a "WOW!!". Trust me, that's the first thing you'll say when you light this candle. The scent throw permeated the entire 1st floor of my house. I have to caution my kids to stop sniffing so close to the lit candle, they can't get enough of the scent! I would describe this candle as predominantly a warm creamy vanilla sweetened by a hint of almonds. It smells authentic because most other vanilla scented candles I tried have an artificial smell. I've burned this 16oz candle about 5x and each time, the scent throw is still "Wow"! Thanks PI for making such an exceptional candle. This one's a winner. |

Thus is the best candle purchase I've ever made. The scent of this vanilla almond is different than other brands of the same scent I've had before, but that's a good thing. It is realistic and the scent fills my whole downstairs, where I light it, as well as upstairs. The scent lingers after the candle is put out. One of the main reasons I wanted a soy candle is because I'd heard they burn evenly, and I wasn't let down. Amazing candle, can't wait to try more scents from PI in the future. Also, they included 2 small sample candles and a handwritten thank you, which was a nice touch. Great customer service, great company, well definitely only buy candles from them from now on. |

| I purchased this candle along with the Pumpkin Pie candle. I am so pleased with both of them. The Vanilla Almond is so pleasant and the throw is very good. I fills most of my downstairs when I burn it the central kitchen area. I would definitely buy again!! | ||||
