Over a decade ago, we made the decision to NOT SELL Pure Integrity Candles through conventional national retailers, including the large big box stores.
We wanted our prices to be competitive with typical paraffin/petroleum based candles on the market without sacrificing quality. The costs of making our candles are higher because we use BETTER QUALITY raw materials and MORE FRAGRANCE. In order to keep prices down, we decided to sell our candles through our own retail locations and our website. This avoids pricey markups through conventional retailers.
Over the years, several large national retailers have contacted us to place our candle line in their stores and attempted to convince us to cut costs by reducing quality which would allow them to sell our candles with higher profits. We’ve refused!

Are paraffin candles really harmful to my health?
There is some debate over this question. Commonsense would certainly lead you to believe that burning any petroleum product indoors is not the healthiest thing in the world. Well, paraffin wax is literally one of the by-products of petroleum oil when making/refining gasoline.

As I adore carrot cake, I have been surprised and repeatedly disappointed in how many BAD carrot cake wax melts there are out there. Apparently in the wax melt world, spice and cream cheese are hard to replicate. Well, this one got it SOOOO right! The first time I burned it my mind repeatedly registered, "Wow, there's carrot cake somewhere". Strong enough scent to be noticeable but not overpowering. Absolutely lovely scent.
The Carrot Cake scent surprised me! It is actually very good. I tried the melts and it really filled up my house with delicious carrot cake smell. None of the fake and artificial smell. I don't know how the Carrot Cake soy candles perform. I am a big fan of the Pumpkin Pecan Waffle because it has a very strong throw and it smells divine! It really eliminates the food smell in my kitchen and the whole house when I cook fish.
Based upon other reviews I purchased this scent and it is amazing! Not overpowering, just perfect for my large kitchen and great room area.
The fact that Pure Integrity candles are soy based is VERY important to me because I have asthma. I have also been told by reputable home builders that using non-soy based candles can be harmful to drywall and may negate various portions of builder warranties.
A friend gave me a Pure Integrity Soy candle and ever since I have been hooked. I found you on line and have been very happy with the candles. They make my home smell wonderful, burn great and last a long time. I have a house over 4,000 sf so you know the candles are good. I love all your candles. They have the best fragrances. I burn them in every room of my home. Though they are expensive, they are worth it. With two wicks, each candle burns all the way down to the bottom. Hardly any wax left. I will be purchasing more in the future. Thank you Integrity for making the best candles ever!
I absolutely love these candles. The fragrance fills the entire room, you can smell the candle with out burning them. I use my candles in the living room, kitchen and bedroom. I love bakery scents, and this one is lovely. It's strong without being cloying and, like all the Pure Integrity candles, it lasts a very long time, burns clean and looks attractive. I baked an actual carrot cake today, and my kitchen smelled as if I were burning this candle!

These are the best candles! Everyone always comments on how good my house smells. We have a large open floor plan and they scent our entire first floor. Carrot Cake and Vanilla Almond are our favorite! Love the free sample tea lights so we can see what else we might like.
The pumpkin creme candle was quite delightful. I expected it to smell a little more like the pumpkin pie candle but it actually smelled a little like burning wood with a hint of sweetness. Definitely makes you feel like you're in a log cabin. Great scent.

I've tried out a decent variety of Pure Integrity candles, and carrot cake is one of my favorites so far. It does a good job of filling the house with a warm, buttery scent, and burns for a long time.
This is my favorite out of the 10 pure Integrity candles I have tried. I love this smell. It puts me in a good mood and makes my house smell like I baked carrot cake all day.
