Over a decade ago, we made the decision to NOT SELL Pure Integrity Candles through conventional national retailers, including the large big box stores.
We wanted our prices to be competitive with typical paraffin/petroleum based candles on the market without sacrificing quality. The costs of making our candles are higher because we use BETTER QUALITY raw materials and MORE FRAGRANCE. In order to keep prices down, we decided to sell our candles through our own retail locations and our website. This avoids pricey markups through conventional retailers.
Over the years, several large national retailers have contacted us to place our candle line in their stores and attempted to convince us to cut costs by reducing quality which would allow them to sell our candles with higher profits. We’ve refused!
I think you will be glad we have stood firm to our original intent of providing an amazingly scented healthy candle at a great price. Are paraffin candles really harmful to my health?
There is some debate over this question. Commonsense would certainly lead you to believe that burning any petroleum product indoors is not the healthiest thing in the world. Well, paraffin wax is literally one of the by-products of petroleum oil when making/refining gasoline.
Now, we are not saying that a single candle is going to kill anyone, but if there is a healthier alternative available, why not choose it? I have been searching for super fragrant candles that were healthy and burned evenly at the same time! Pure integrity has been a blessing! The candles are phenomenal and make me smile when I light them! The scent they have are so strong and beautiful I can't wait to wake up and burn them! I use the melts in all my bedrooms and bathrooms and the candles in my living and dining room! The melts smell and work just as well as the candles! PUMPKIN PIE PECAN WAFFLE IS MY FAVORITE!!! Followed by pumpkin pie, hot apple strudel, maple, and hazelnut! I love scents that smell like grandmas house and these candle give me that! I love leaving and coming home, so I can take a huge wiff when i walk through the door! I'm always getting "Your house ALWAYS smells so good!" "What scent is that it's so strong!" You probably know by now how much I love your candles. I have been giving them as gifts and some to friends in my neighborhood just so they can experience your wonderful candles. I have either wax tarts or jar candles in almost every room. They're perfect in any room. Very high-end and classy looking.
I like my candles as strong you can get them, but my favorite scents are hazelnut, apple cinnamon, and other heavy scents. Since those didn't come in your STRONGEST scent :)...I went with a lighter scent to get these. They didn't seem to hold their scent long at all. I will just have to try other fragrances so I can get the strongest scents. What the heck! I need to get out of my comfort zone! LOL. My next order will be something different.
One other thing. I cannot believe you guys take the time to put notes in your orders? I simply love that! I'm so happy I found your company on the web! If someone's reading this...look NO more! They make the best candles I have ever tried.
I have been looking for strong scented/strong throw candles and I think my search is over.
I ordered 9 oz Pumpkin Pecan Waffle soy candle and I fell in love with the scent so I ordered the 27 oz jar! This the most pleasant, sweet, calming Pumpkin Pecan Waffle scent I have ever tried. I like that it is not heavy on the pecan, nutty smell. There is a good balance of nutty, sweet, creamy smell which is why I enjoy it. Throw of the 9 oz is pretty strong. It fills up my whole kitchen and I can smell it also in my dining room. The 27 oz is stronger. Fills up my whole living and dining rooms. I can even smell it in my kitchen and family room as well as in my upstairs hallway. Very happy with the quality of Pure Integrity candles.
CONS: I don't have any for this scent and the quality of Pure Integrity candles. I found a winner!
However, the shipping cost is really expensive. I hope that Pure Integrity can offer its customers flat shipping cost on all orders.
I am sorry it took so long for me to write this review, as Pure Integrity deserves the highest praise delivered quickly. This company and their soy candles are top notch. The fragrance of these candles is delightfully pleasing. The candles I ordered were all gifts, but they sent me some complimentary samples which I am using and loving!! After receiving one as a Christmas gift from me, my daughter took it home and put it in her "powder room" and lit it. OMGosh, it smelled amazing. I wish I had purchased some for myself. I particularly appreciate the research and science that goes into the development of these candles. I have pet birds, and candles are prohibited because of the dangerous emissions from regular candles. Additionally, Pure Integrity gives a warmly personalized touch to their sales, and I find that rare and refreshing. Their fragrance selection is vast..... I want to try them all. Their candle names sound good enough to eat....very tantalizing.

Pure integrity candles were recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. They fill the room with a scent that lingers for hours so you don't have to burn them that long/frequently. I started out with seasonal (fall scents) and can't wait to try others - the pumpkin pecan smells like I'm baking a pie. It's a permeating scent, but not chemical or perfume-y but a natural essence. Recommend trimming the wicks after each burn to keep your candle lasting longer. The larger, simple frosted jar with a wooden lid could easily be reused to store items; makes a useful decorative accent once your candle is gone.
Sent a couple to family members so they could experience the sensory joy and they love them as much as I do! Highly recommend and make great gifts. Pure Integrity's candles are unmatched by any candles I have tried anywhere else, and I have tried a lot of them. The others start off smelling nice, but don't hold the fragrance throughout the burn like Pure Integrity candles do. I have tried most of the fragrances and have liked them all. They all have good scent throughout the entire burn and they burn all the way down as long as you remember to trim the excess wick. I love that they are soy and therefore healthier to burn than paraffin candles. Shipping is prompt, and customer satisfaction is a priority with this company. This is my second candle I have bought from Pure Integrity and I can definitely say I am not disappointed. The first candle was Sandalwood Amber it is a wonderful scent, I love it! So my second just in time for Thanksgiving is Pumpkin Pecan Waffle. I normally don't like Pumpkin candles but I took a chance with this, and I'm glad I did it is a sweet pumpkin smell I do enjoy it. I burn it in the living room and I can smell it all the way down the hall to my bedroom. I have never found such a fragrant soy candle before. Im glad I found your company online. I will definitely be a repeat customer. There is also another thing I really appreciated that someone took the time to hand write me a letter thanking me for my purchase. This candle smells amazing!!the smell blew me away and even my husband loves it. Upon receiving it I instantly put it in my candle warmer. I ordered the wax melters because it was the closest thing I could get to a sample. I did get a sample (2 tea lights) of another scent though with my order. Note to the company, you should strongly consider a sampler package. You can just package it like you did the sample tea lights. Id most certainly pay to be able to get an order of requested samples!! I can see on the sites Q&A (each of the sample related questions were left unanswered) that this has been a request of customers for a couple years now. Please strongly consider it!!
What can I say? Another WINNER! This candle has a wonderfully strong scent that smells like someone has spent all day in the kitchen! It burns evenly and cleanly and for many hours. My home is a two story house with an open concept downstairs. One candle wafts throughout the entire house. It is such a pleasing aroma. I always purchase the largest candles, because I don't want to run out! You will not be disappointed, especially if you are a candle snob like I am. They are well worth the money, as they burn longer than any other candle that I have tried. They burn all the way to the bottom without losing scent. I highly recommend!
I was in search for the best-smelling candle that burns clean & is environmental-friendly. I found Pure Integrity Soy Candles on the internet with their great reviews & decided to give them a try. I love the throw that the candles have. Pumpkin Pecan Waffle is a personal favorite! Our whole house smells like sweet waffles & syrup. The smell is not overpowering, but enough to fill the living room & kitchen. I used to buy Bath & Body Works candles, but I guess I found my new love. I would definitely ordering for more.

I purchased the Pumpkin Pecan Waffle candle because I've had the scent before from other makers, and it's my very favorite. The candle arrived with a nice, personal note and a free gift! Their candles are made eco-friendly which I hadn't realized before. It burns amazingly well, all around the candle not just in the middle. And the scent is so strong! I burned it in the kitchen and could smell it coming down the stairs. Also, even the next morning! I plan to continue buying candles from this company because there could be no better candle.
I have to admit I love anything Autumn. I would have Autumn type fragrances year-long, but I compromise with the husband and dont. Pumpkin Pecan Waffle Soy Candle is so awesome and the fragrance is one that I will choose over other similar type fragrance. It is one of those fragrances that gives you a warm feeling and also gets you complements when house guests show. Sometimes, I do not even light it and set it beside my bed at night just to have the fragrance in the air while I sleep.

I ONLY purchase my candles from Pure Integrity due to their "clean" ingredients. My favorite are the Pumpkin Waffle. Pure Integrity candles burn longer and have a stronger aroma than other candles. I place candles around my home and even without burning them, you STILL get a hint of fragrance! They are worth the price. I do wish though for returning customers, they would have a REWARD program where you can use points in exchange for dollars off.

I am a first time customer after doing considerable research to find safe and wonderful smelling soy melts to use in my home and to present as gifts for friends. The pumpkin pecan waffle scent is warm, homey and delicious. These melts are very long-lasting and I can't wait to try the other fragrance I ordered--pumpkin spice! I was so impressed that a hand written thank you note from the company was tucked into my order along with a sample candle in the oatmeal cookie scent.
Ill be honest, I bought this one because it was on sale. The waffle part gave me pause! It shouldnt have. Turns out, its perfect. And its my favorite scent of everything Ive tried. This company is pretty amazing. I mentioned in my last bulk order that I was hesitant to buy pine scents because they tend to give me a headache. I went to Google to find another and came across pure integrity. I'm so happy I did. I'm on my second candle now. In fall I will not go back to that big store to purchase. I'm a first-time customer here and after burning the Pumpkin Pecan Waffle candle I will be a life-long one, too. This has the most even burn I have EVER seen, and I'm such a candle junkie that I really should be in a 12-step program. And the cotton wicks make it much easier to keep them short and then burn cleanly. Pure Integrity seems to be a fine Christian-owned company with the product quality to be around many years in the future!
The gardenia candle has a nice scent. But I have many gardenia bushes in my yard. When the candles arrived, my bushes were blooming, and I had them in my den. So I could immediately compare the fragrances. Unfortunately, they werent the close match that I had hoped for. But I will still enjoy the candles. The containers are very attractive and blend with ant decor. The candles burn for a long time and scent a large area. Great quality.
These candles are perfect! They smell amazing, they don't give me headaches like other strong candles, and the scent lasts long after they've been burning! I bought Autumn Splendor and Pumpkin Pecan Waffle for the fall, and they surprisingly smell amazing burning together! Everyone compliments them when they visit. I think the Pumpkin might have been a little too sweet alone, but it's perfect with Autumn Splendor.

The warm, deeply autumnal fragrance of pumpkin pecan waffles that Pure Integrity makes is beautiful. When I heard about this product by a very friendly staff in the store they talked about how clean and better for the environment soy is over petroleum, how strong and long lasting their wax melts were, I tried them right away. Their melts are incredibly long lasting in scent too.
After realizing how toxic other candles can be (store bought candles were literally turning my walls black from soot) I started researching healthier options for candles. I placed an order with Pure Integrity and now I'm hooked. I love how the candles look and especially how they smell!! From my recent order I've only tried the Maple candles so far, but they have a lovely scent (as do other products of yours I've tried).
I'd just like to see you make votive size. They fit perfectly in most of the candle holders I have. The 10-ounce candles are a bit large and the tealights too small to suit my needs... but overall I do love your products!

I have never purchased another brand of candle since I started using these. I feel good when giving them to my family because of the purity of ingredients.
