This is the first time I have purchased one of your candles. I have just started burning Autumn splendor and one wick keeps going out. It is a 26 oz. double wick. I am trying to get an even burn so that all of the wax is liquid to the glass. I got a thick wall starting around the edge..whats going on with this candle.
I have had trouble in the past with non-soy candles doing this and in the end you have to throw it away or cut away the wax. I purchased this candle in Michigan for $24.50. I normally burn soy candles from Bath and body works for half the price. Please tell me what to do to correct this problem now before the wick burns a 3 inch circle down to the bottom of the glass.
