Over a decade ago, we made the decision to NOT SELL Pure Integrity Candles through conventional national retailers, including the large big box stores.
We wanted our prices to be competitive with typical paraffin/petroleum based candles on the market without sacrificing quality. The costs of making our candles are higher because we use BETTER QUALITY raw materials and MORE FRAGRANCE. In order to keep prices down, we decided to sell our candles through our own retail locations and our website. This avoids pricey markups through conventional retailers.
Over the years, several large national retailers have contacted us to place our candle line in their stores and attempted to convince us to cut costs by reducing quality which would allow them to sell our candles with higher profits. We’ve refused!
I think you will be glad we have stood firm to our original intent of providing an amazingly scented healthy candle at a great price. Are paraffin candles really harmful to my health?
There is some debate over this question. Commonsense would certainly lead you to believe that burning any petroleum product indoors is not the healthiest thing in the world. Well, paraffin wax is literally one of the by-products of petroleum oil when making/refining gasoline.
Now, we are not saying that a single candle is going to kill anyone, but if there is a healthier alternative available, why not choose it? Its my first investment into tea lights and candles. Wary of causing their propensity to cause fires and the toxins and soot they emanate, my family has never really encouraged buying into them. However, I wanted tea lights for lanterns I recently bought and finally decided on biting the bullet, but did do my research into what would burn safely and efficiently and my search turned up Pure Integrity. Im so glad theyre my first referral because they are the only vendors I would ever buy from and recommend. Being an island girl, I chose Ocean Breeze first and loved the scent, and went straight for all the water-themed flavors. I have been ordering a lot of Pure Integrity Soy candles for the past couple of years since our daughter & a friend of hers discovered the company & fell in love with the candles! I fell in love with them too! They are the best candles I've ever had, in every fragrance I have purchased. I absolutely love the Ocean Breeze scent. I am so pleased with both the scent and performance of my 16 oz Ocean Breeze Soy Candle. The even wax pool and dancing flames reminded me after many years of performance issues with "the big guys" that this is how a candle is supposed to burn. The scent has a clean, aquatic base with a hint of saltiness that perfectly replicates an afternoon at the ocean. with the saltwater splash misting your face while strolling along the beach. The scent was listed as a soft throw, but I found that it enveloped my large living room nicely, like a warm blanket. Thank you, Pure Integrity, for a scent I will re-purchase for years to come!

I found out about these candles from searching on google for best soy candles, and this website was top on the list so I gave them a try. I’m so glad I did!! Now I’m addicted to this website lol. These are the best candles I have ever had. I am not sure what all the fuss is about Yankee candles because they just dont really have a nice scent or burn very well In my opinion.I can smell these candles when you walk into a room even when theyre not burning. I first started buying Pure Integrity candles because I had a store in the Galleria Mall right next-door. That was probably almost 15 years ago. I had just bought some for myself and a few for my friends and they all love them.
I would recommend these candles to anyone and they completely burned all the way down evenly.
After looking on line for a long time, I was so happy to find your site. The two candles I purchased were a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loved them! She has been looking for a fig candle and the fact that it was paired with ginger was perfect. Since my daughter lives out of state, I was not able to smell them when lit. But I did open the jars and loved both fragrances. I was impressed with how carefully the jars were packaged too. Thank you for the two sample tea lights. My kitchen smelled like Christmas! For my first time purchasing from pure integrity I tried several scents in their wax melts, buds&berries,fruit slices,lemongrass sage,South African freesia,tropical breeze :)
I enjoyed them all and the wax melts last super long time. My favorite is ocean breeze. I don't know why it's considered a light fragrance, I found it to be strong but not over powering.
My second purchase I invested in 2 lily of the valley candles and more wax melts!! I also love their fast shipping and you can beat their customer service!!
The first thing that I found to be superior was the handwritten note that I received in my box. I work health care and we have become an industry that is all about customer satisfaction. To receive a hand written note from on of the owners was simply AMAZING. As for my candles one word can say it all WOW..... This one is used our living room, It is a great relaxing sent and smells amazing. They live up to and surpasses the hype. The only suggestion I have is just KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING.
Since discovering these candles on Amazon, we haven't been able to get enough!!! I burned this candle in the bathroom and bedroom , i would have burned it elsewhere but I wanted to try it first so I purchased the small size . It very much enhanced the beach feel to both rooms . This scent was sweet and salty , and it was a nice reprieve from the snow outside !
The throw was fine , I had it placed accordingly for the size . No soot at all , that was welcomed !

I bought this along with like candles (Sea Breeze, Mineral Springs) since I wanted the scent of the sea when I light these candles (Im an island girl, originally from Manila). This was the second time I purchased this scent in particular since I found it agreeable and it does remind me of the ocean. Its a light scent and very fresh smelling, in an inconspicuous way! Definitely recommend this and one of my go-tos going forward!
Ocean breeze so far is my absolute fave!! I have a new obsession with wax melts, thanks to pure integrity lol lately I've been experimenting with the scents and mixing some together. My latest concoction is adding a little chunk of coconut breeze to the ocean breeze and it smells soooo good! Even though this one is a light scent, I feel like it's more on the stronger side which is awesome because I love it so much
I have burned candles in my home for 30 years. Always from the big name that is very well known. Recently I started having allergy issues, runny nose, red eyes, headaches. A friend suggested soy candles and I found this company. I love the materials they use, the look of the candles and most importantly, they make my home smell great. This fragrance definitely is like a beautiful summer day at the beach. This was my first purchase with Pure Integrity which I found by searching "soy candles" on the web. I received my order today and lit my candle immediately. Ocean Breeze is really nice! It's a little lighter than I prefer, but the scent itself is wonderful. Great for your bathroom or a smaller room in your house. You won't smell it immediately but give it a little while and you'll feel like you're on a beach near the ocean on a cool day!
Purchased as a gift for a niece who let us use the beach house; she loved it!!! She said she could not quite put her finger on it , but the Ocean Breeze filled her open living area with an aroma that captured how she wanted the room to feel and smell. Thos candle is truly refreshing and light. It has a sparkle to it a s a bit of sweetness. I dont get any salt spray from the scent but i do get a freshness that reminds me of how slim smells when you come out of the water. Its like the ocean breeze on the skin of someone you love that this reminds me of.
Growing up on the ocean, I don't think you can replicate that irreplaceable smell and have never tried, but because this company gets great reviews for clean "pure" smells I decided to try. It's not so "fake" smelling that its just wrong or gross. It worked perfect in my ocean themed half bath.

I am a candle lover for over 30 years and I love the products I have received from your store. I have purchased large, medium, small and T-Candles and love them all. They burn clean and have a wonderful smell. Not at all over bearing. I will continue to purchase them from your store!!!
This smells pretty fresh and clean, not as flowery as my favorite (Summer Bouquet) but very nice. Overall, all of the Pure Integrity soy candles burn slowly and cleanly if you keep the wicks trimmed. I get at least a couple of evenings out of the tealights, so 8-10 hours or so.
I've been looking for a beachy smelling candle since Bath and Body works stopped selling one that i bought a few years ago there. I've bought countless candles that claimed to smell like the beach.. None have measured up till I found Ocean Breeze from PI. Will order again
I am addicted to Pure Integrity candles. Ocean breeze is light and refreshing, more so than Tropical Breeze which is heavier and stronger. Only problem with Ocean Breeze is that you need to buy the double wick for the full force of the scent. But I will buy this one again.
Ocean Breeze smells amazing! Great spring and summer candle. Actually, I would burn this anytime of the year but I live in Florida and love this beachy/summery smell! The throw of this candle is also great. This candle is a great one for any room in the house.
My friends and I love to make the 30 minute early morning trip to have breakfast on the beach. No matter what else we have to do that day, its a happy start. The Ocean Breeze candle evokes the same positive feeling as a real fresh ocean breeze.
All of the fragrances I ordered from Pure integrity were wonderful. The fragrance was nice and strong and didn't fade after a couple of days. Anyone that has wax warmers really need to try these. They are the best available!
Always pleased with my purchases. Ocean Breeze worked well in the room. Again, love those double wicks for a nice, even burn. And, again, the con was purchasing only the 10 ounce candle. I won't make that mistake the next time!
