Burning Instructions:
Each time you burn any of our jar candle sizes, be sure to burn it long enough that it liquefies (or creates a melt pool) all the way across the top of the candle. The first time you burn it, this typically takes around 2 hours depending on variables such wick length and room drafts. Subsequent burns will take a little less time. This will prevent “tunneling”, or wasted wax built up on the sides of the jar.
Candle Warnings:
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Do not burn on or near anything that can catch fire. Trim wicks to about 1cm before lighting. Always extinguish the candle and do not relight when the wax level is less than ½ inch.
Wick Trimming :
KEEP YOUR WICKS TRIMMED! Before lighting your candle (each time), trim the wicks between 1/8 and ¼ inch length. This will help to ensure that you don’t get black soot on the inside of the jar or in your house. Remember, if you do get soot, it is not petro-soot. This soot is petroleum free and is a natural result of burning materials. If smoking occurs, blow candle out. Trim wick(s), remove trimmings, and relight.

Featured Reviews:
I love blueberry scented candles, though they are hard to find, and this scent is actually what prompted me to buy from Pure Integrity. I really like the smell but sometimes it has a sort of medicinal quality to it. Maybe it's the sort of creamy, vanilla scent they have mixed in with it that makes it smell more like a blueberry muffin than a blueberry fruit but I sort of wish this scent was more fruit-tart than baked goods sweet. I still enjoy the candle (hence the 4 stars) but I don't think it will be my favorite scent.
