Do you Offer Wholesaling, Drop shipping, Private Labeling or a Affiliate Program?

Yes we do offer wholesaling. Refer to our wholesaling page to read more. We do offer Drop shipping and a affiliate program after reviewing and approving your website. Fill out our contact us form with your request along with the url of your website. We do not offer private labeling of our soy candles.

Our Return Policy - We take all the necessary steps to ensure your package arrives promptly and intact.  If your shipment arrives damaged email us and we will  provide you with a link to U.P.S. where you can file a claim.

In the case of a defective product call or email and we will provide a credit or replace the product based on the information you provide us. Proof of purchase required.

Shipping - We ship within the United States and the only international shipping we do is to Canada. We charge $0.00 handling fee & Shipping rates are determined by the weight of each candle and by the destination.  As soon as you add to cart your candles you can type in your zip code and immediately see your shipping rates before checking out.  All orders shipped UPS ground and will be shipped within 2-4 days of your order and received within 4 -10 business days.

Check Order Status - Your order will be shipped within 2-4 business days from the date you placed the order. When your order is being prepared to ship out you will receive an email from UPS along with a tracking number. You can then track the status of your shipment at UPS.com.
